Eligible Items for Return
Only books are eligible for return, provided they are in their original condition. You have 10 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
Return Conditions
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books showing obvious signs of use.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will then notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay.
- Contact your bank.

Sale or Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
